How It Works
Not a template. A process.
Most decisions feel hard because the landscape is unclear. We start with deep situational analysis — where you actually are, not where you think you are.
Frost's traveler stood and looked down both roads as far as possible before choosing. We do the same. No rushing past the decision.
Clarity creates action. We commit to a path with eyes open — knowing what you're choosing and what you're leaving behind.
A chosen road still requires walking. Accountability, adjustment, and momentum. The difference between people who transform and people who just reflect.
Philosophy
Robert Frost's poem is almost always misread as a celebration of nonconformity — taking the road less traveled. But Frost was being ironic. Both roads were equally worn. The traveler admits they couldn't know which was better at the time.
The real insight: the road that matters is the one you choose and commit to. Not the one that was objectively superior. The meaning comes from the choosing.
That's what coaching is. Not finding the perfect path. Helping you choose one — and walk it without looking back.
I shall be telling this with a sigh / Somewhere ages and ages hence: / Two roads diverged in a wood, and I — / I took the one less traveled by, / And that has made all the difference.
Robert Frost, The Road Not Taken (1916)
About
Lawyer. Builder. Coach.
I've built legal tech companies, shipped AI systems at leading law firms, advised on capital markets transactions, and launched products that generated thousands of leads in weeks.
I've also hit walls, made wrong turns, and learned to recognize the difference between being busy and moving forward.
I coach from that lived experience — not from a curriculum or a framework invented by someone who's never run payroll. When we work together, you get someone who has actually stood at the fork.
