This is not coaching in the usual sense. No motivation, no accountability calls, no borrowed frameworks. You bring a consequential decision or transition; the work delivers an accurate model of what is shaping it — and a concrete architecture for what comes next. Engagements are deliberately few. The practice runs alongside my main building work, which keeps it small, senior, and selective — by design.

The entry point. A deep strategic analysis of one consequential decision or transition. You complete a preparatory questionnaire. We spend 90–120 minutes in a private session. You receive a written Nature Map: the key forces acting on your situation, the patterns they produce, the most probable development if nothing changes, and a recommendation for the next step — which may or may not involve working together further. The Diagnostic is a paid product, not a disguised sales call. A short fit conversation beforehand is free; the analysis itself is the work.

For a full reorientation or a genuinely difficult directional decision. Six to eight weeks. The engagement covers: deep intake and biographical analysis · Nature Map · forces and constraints map · pattern analysis · realistic future scenarios · your Personal Manifest · decision architecture · a 90-day intervention plan · two review sessions · limited asynchronous support in between. You leave with a working constitution for the next chapter of your life — and a plan precise enough to survive contact with your actual weeks.

For founders and executives whose life, company, identity, and wealth cannot be meaningfully separated — where every "business decision" is also a life decision and vice versa. We work on the decisions beneath the visible decisions: What does the company require from you, and what has your identity become dependent on? Which incentives are quietly steering the strategy? What happens if the present trajectory simply continues? What must change before success becomes another form of confinement? Six or twelve months, private, by application.
